Dessertwine that is created from the more concentrated grapes that ripen later in the season. The combination with the rich flavor of dark chocolate is a sensory experience in and of itself. One of Germany’s most venerable wineries is the source of BLUE NUN. It has a long history of producing high-quality wines, thus its vino has spread far and wide. The product deserves the status of an icon. near 1857, Hermann Sichel established a winery near Mainz, Germany. In 1921, H. Sichel Söhne was the place where the Brand BLUE NUN was born, when it was decided to give the outstanding wine produced in that year a new label with the name BLUE NUN. This label was quickly recognized for its excellence and featured on the menus of Michelin-starred establishments in London and elsewhere. It was quite unusual for so many of the same brand to be sold in the early 1930s, yet at least a thousand boxes were sent to the UK. This wine is still widely consumed today. In 1995, Sichel and Langguth formed a partnership to start the firm now known as BLUE NUN. Making excellent wine is the main priority. This wine is constantly improved using cutting-edge methods. The wine has gotten somewhat drier and more refreshing as time has passed. Because of their dedication to winemaking excellence, BLUE NUN has been designated a “Qualitätswein” producer.
